If he can create the rock, then he can’t lift the rock and, therefore, is not all powerful.
If he can’t create the rock then he is not omnipotent.
the basis of your argument is flawed. God is not human, has no body, and therefore by definition cannot be limited by human perception of strength.
That’s such a cop-out, though. Like, “Because he is so far above our human knowledge he can do anything because you don’t even understand him because he’s so far above our human understanding.” That’s not really an argument. I could say that about anything.
